Skagen should really explain this process in a video or at least photos. At the very least they should have a little diagram telling the names of the parts. I struggled with the text explanation and couldn't get it. Your video explained everything perfectly. Thank you!

Excellent tutorial

You only need a coin to twist and unlock/lock the back cover. There are two dots to match up. One dot is on the back cover, the other is on the body. Looking at the back of the watch, those dots can be found at approximately the 7 o'clock position. You do not pry the back off with a tool. Just twist.
